How do I navigate the website?

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in or use the search facility. Links and categories are located on the top, left and bottom of our website.

Can I browse the website or place order from any web browsers?

This website can be browsed from all major web browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc. However, like many shopping websites, our website's shopping cart can't be used on UC browser. Some browsers like UC browser blocks some scripts required for the shopping cart to function normally, so kindly avoid UC browser for shopping but you could enjoy shopping using major web browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc. If you face any difficulties in placing your order then kindly feel free to contact us.

Do you ship orders outside the UK?

We ship to most world-wide destinations, i.e. all countries in the European Union, USA, Canada, Australia and many others. Kindly see the International Delivery section at Delivery & Returns.

How much is my shipping?

We generally charge a flat postage & packing of £4.99 per order to be delivered anywhere within the UK, but additional charges may be incurred for bulk orders. If the international delivery charge exceeds our flat postage & packing of £4.99 per order then we will notify you by e-mail of any additional shipping charges.

When will my order ship?

All orders are despatched within 24 business hours via the UK Royal Mail (recorded) and generally take 2 to 5 business days to deliver anywhere within the UK. And it generally takes about 5 to 8 business days for international delivery. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is shipped.

What is your UK return policy?

Our "7 Day - No Questions Asked" Return Policy for all products listed in our online catalog ensures your complete satisfaction and will refund the cost of any unused, unopened, undamaged item(s) returned within 7 Days of the delivery date in its original packaging. Unused, unopened, undamaged item(s) could be returned in their original product packaging directly to our Return Center with printable personalised 'return label' or 'replacement label' for your item(s).

Kindly email us at [email protected] (or contact us here) with your order details for personalised 'return label' or 'replacement label' and Return Center details. We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. As a partial contribution to the return processing costs, you will be charged with the return shipping cost on actuals.

If, despite our rigorous quality assurance and dispatch checking procedures, you feel that you have received the wrong product(s), please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of receiving the product(s) in any event.
